A. Yes, the service included in your benefit packages can be shared with your spouse or children.
Q. Can I buy more than one package?
A. No. Only 1 package can be bought per person. If you want 2, someone else must purchase the package and gift it to you.
Q. Do the visits purchased in the enrollment package expire?
A. Yes. You have 12 months to use this package.
Q. Can I use my HSA or FSA dollars to purchase the enrollment package?
A. Yes. You can use both your HSA and FSA money towards the purchase of a package.
